Hi, I went to your salon (for a second time) last month. The lady that did my hair (I won't name her) was very kind. But sadly, she didn't quite understand what I wanted and ended up giving me a look very different to what I had asked for. She gave me her card too but I haven't had the courage to go back, for fear that my next hair-cut will be even worse than the one I got last time. You do have a lovely salon and a great bunch of ladies working there, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't the greatest. My hair looks awkward, but it doesn't matter. It's only hair and it is growing back :-) Thanks a ton for trying anyway. You can only get better!

Thank You to all the staff of Innovations. My hair was in a disaster from a previous salon. Everyone there was so kind and very professional in consulting together as a team on what was the best solution for my hair color problem. It took alot of time and steps to get me to what I think is the best color and highlights I have ever had! Thank You for all your patients and time and I will diffently recommend everyone to your Salon! It is probly the BEST experience I have ever had at any Salon!
